The wall, like everything else
is white
White and plain with nothing out of the ordinary

Dull white handprint walls with no baseboards
Black chairs, flat
Drab furniture, uncomfortable and dirty
Grey carpet in anonymous profusion
Dirty beige carpet, a tedious sea
