clawing urge to go and buy cigarettes and alcohol.mostly the cigarettes i think,but i never can tell about these things.very anxious.i need to work today.i need to occupy myself with little things.i need to get very drunk and smoke a pack of djarums.scratch that last though.

saturday night was interesting.i havent had a drinking habit for a while:the drunkedness was somewhat awkward.a fairly decent time with new company.individuals i am beginning to appreciate more and more.
