In Me You'll Find Your Bane?

Perhaps if I were to remain perfectly still,
Close my eyes shut until they damn well hurt,
I would completely disappear like the night.

While I don't know what you're going through, and I can't empathize with your exact pain, I know what being this far down does feel like. Hell- I've been feeling A LOT of it myself lately. Know that I love you. Know that many people love you. We love you for who you are. We love you for the light you bring into our lives. We love you for the quirkiness that is only our dear Myles.

If you remained still I would come to you.
If you closed your eyes I would hold you.
And if you ever disappeared, I could always find you in my heart.

I wish you light on your path, my dear friend.

Thanks for providing those shards of light, Kusher.
I still hold my words true.
This agony is a surmountable one.
However it is always good to know you're there.

I dunno... allhailkush December 30 2010, 02:44:28 UTC
You've been moderate-severely depressed pretty much the entire time that I've known you Myles. Time to make some major life changes?

would that we were really lords of our own realities.

we could chase oblivion in peace.

We could bring awareness to the fact that we are not merely helpless victims of the buffeting winds of circumstance, but that our own personal stance in relation to circumstances literally alters our experience of those same circumstances, such that it can be said we create our own reality. What you see is what you get. And how you see determines what you see.
-Werner Erhard

And what an oblivion it would be. *smirks*

I want to disappear right about now, too. Just lay down quietly in the snow and let it somehow erase me. And I used to wish I could rip myself apart until, somehow, nothing was left but a dark stain.

"Agony" is about the right word for this hurt so deep. But even hell has a bottom. I hope you find your way out before you find the bottom. Know that you are surrounded by people who love you and wish you only the best.

You've been through and dealt with things far beyond my comprehension which is why I admire your ability to strive forward although the scenery is quite foggy.

Reminds me of Dante's Inferno. If that is the case, then I'm still stuck in limbo. Asphodel Meadows and all that jazz. Thank you for the outlook, Jen.

I shall counter attack with some silver willows:

"Red
as you bled
your body convulsing
the white snow emulsing
making a morbid snow angel."

And for a completely different approach to my "I wish Myles wasn't in so much pain" campaign...

This one is probably the better approach (-;
