stress is not good for my health. stress makes me not eat or end up snacking wayyy too much. my goal for the summer is to go to the gym, workout at least three or more times a week. i'm going to lose the 10 pounds that i've been dying to lose in ages or at least tone the fat i have on this icky body

I don't know what you meant by "in ages", but you looked great last summer. I've heard that marijuana really speeds up your metabolism, big time. I'm sure you don't have a long way to go for a beach body at this point.
