I'm with ya - denial is beautiful.
There will be some serious angry letters from me to the show if they decide to kill of Ziva or Tony. I don't think they will, and if they want to leave it on a cliffhanger, letting us wonder if someone is dead or not... I can handle that. One of them being actually dead = a major fail.

As for Lara Macy - no big love interest for Gibbs. I don't think he'd ever leave the reg. NCIS (*cough*orabby*coughcough*)except for an episode crossover type thing like the set up of the new show.

I like your thinking of Julia Yates butting heads with Gibbs, flirting with McGee and... I don't like Abby jealous over McGee. But like you said, I don't want her flirting with Gibbs (even with obvious Abby jealousy). I too still have an issue with Hollis Mann. Could be the reason he's been in/dumped in a majority of my fics.

Would it be wishful thinking to say that maybe she flirts with McGee and Palmer is jealous, wanting Julia for himself?

Ok, well my short little comment turned into a not so short little ramble.

Ooh! I love that Palmer is jealous!! Maybe she flirts with Ducky and he gets jealous of that...?

Or maybe I'm completely wrong and she flirts with Tony, which makes Ziva jealous and it's a love quadrangle instead of a love triangle.

As long as nothing happens to ruin my enjoyment of the extra Gibbs/Abby we seem to be getting this season.. I'll be happy.
