Today's big news is that I didn't get the permanent job at the CCRC. However I am still their delightful Temp8 until they've checked the person they've hired doesn't have any criminal convictions, etc, etc. So... err... yay

Boo to not getting the position. :( But yeah, taking the news gracefully is a good sign of character, and if that HR lady hires you for something else, it's likely that that image will probably stick with her. Also, feedback is always a good thing! I'm sure you'll nail your next attempt!
