So busy lately!  I mean, not really doing anything important, but busy with all that crap that usually fills life.  Midterms, overloaded at work.  I'm sure I have a lot of pointless every day things to update on, as well as my own stupid personal stuff, but first a good night's sleep is in order!

Good weekend, other than all the work.  Cooked last night, which always makes me happy.

The menu:

-Roasted pepper and walnut pate crostini

-Marinated portobello mushroom "steaks" with wasabi mashed potatoes

-Dark chocolate souffle with Earl Grey custard

Yup.  Off to work!
