Dec 03, 2010 10:00

You know how I said that the little December treats weren't ALL going to be songs for download. I stand by that completely but they are going to songs for the next couple of days 'cause that's what I have time for! Also, music makes me HAPPY! Hey, the DL numbers are a little crazy, particularly for the new Iron & Wine, so I'd love to see who is ( Read more... )

I like it! I love these posts--I love all your music posts. You remind me of my friend Cody--former co-worker--he was always introducing me to new music that i would never have heard of otherwise.

SAN DIEGO! WOO!!! Sounds like fun!!!

We are getting/already are to the time of year I am extremely grateful we're in Texas. I can only murmur in sympathy to everyone's snow woes as I just haven't lived where Winter Was Really WINTER, you know? Never have. I know you have, former Canadian you!

What is up with the Cedar elm? Need to remove it?

MUSIC YAY! You'll tell me if this get's irritating, yeah? Cause otherwise I'm likely to keep putting songs up forever!

I miss seasons and snow and coming in all chilled and frosty but I'm not going to a hypocrite and deny that this is EASIER! We'll see all the snow we need in Maine for our spring break ski trip. FORMER! YES! Still so HAPPY to have untangled that mess!

The Cedar Elm is about three inches away from the kitchen window and smack in the middle of the remodeled kitchen. It's at least forty years old and we keep trimming off dying bits so it's near the end of it's natural life but since it is just over 19 inches in diameter it comes under the City's Heritage Tree Protection Act and we have to get approval to remove it before it falls on our house. It shouldn't be an issue - it's just chewing up time.

You know, I drop off a pint to my SIL at her preschool almost every time I make soup...if you lived here you could get on the soup delivery list!

New music can never be a bad thing!

OHH!!! Okay. Hopefully Mr. Cedar Elm will be gone without too much delay. Yup, am totally coming to see the new place when it is done. I liked how cozy it was when I was there and I know it will be even better once it is all finished.

WHERE are you gonna live???

Soup. WAAHHH.

You can always drop off any extra bread over here before you leave; I'll be glad--out of the goodness of my heart!--to keep it from going bad while you're away. :-)
