POKÉMON X&Ybrb hibernating until October (kidding, kidding)This was something I wanted to do with GenV but was so absolutely late to that party (erm... as a result of constant testing, I assume?) so I'll make it up with this one. Will be listing the things that I'm looking forward to (or that I hope will be included) and crossing them off as they

It looks like rollerblades, doesn't it?? *WW* It'd be weird to not have a bike anymore even though by now I just run everywhere but I love the idea!! Doesn't look like we'll get the Pokémon following us again though :( WHY. EVERYONE LOVED THAT.
There's been teasing about a new Eeveelution! I'm hoping for a Poison or Dragon (!!!) one. And I'd love a killer bug too. :33
I don't agree with your "MAKE EVERYTHING QUICKER" hopes but that might be because I enjoy the story on my own time and hold my breath while my babies evolve, I don't do a lot of competitive training and breeding ;) if you're referring to skipping the moves animation in battle though, that's been an existing option since...... I think the very start or almost? :p
And there's still no reason we shouldn't have Gen III remakes :| *also camping out for this*

BUT HAVING POKÉMON FOLLOW YOU AROUND WAS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I /WANTED/ A GENIII REMAAAAKE! ;_;
What, seriously?! ...hm... okay, well, I guess I just Fly and then run. I use the bike a lot for Join Avenue though (so longgg why?). So long as rollerskates can match the speed of the bike, I won't complain!
Yes yes yes. I'm really curious on the 'how' of evolution, especially for those two forms~
Hahahah. Well, I always rush through the first playthrough so I can have a finished game to port the 'mons from previous generations (what I did with Black and Black 2) because I am hugely attached to the past the designs of certain pokémon. But yeah, I do battle a lot and I find that even after 'turning battle animations off' (what I do before my first save! *shot*), the battles go so slowwwww. *laughs ( ... )

I use the bike when I get it and then I just end up too lazy to even take it out lalalala, except when i'm doing things like, yeah, Join Avenue or hatching. The lack of precision is annoying.
I still love love love the bikes from gen 3 though I'd do that cycling road for pleasure over and over again and try to beat my records... but yes rollerskates are just cool *W*
... Point.
Held items, maybe? We haven't had one of those for Eevee yet. Would have to be new ones though, to explain why giving your Eevee a Dragon Scale had no effect before.
I keep meaning to do that but never do... 'cause I end up attached to my team anyway. I was planning on playing as Kyouhei/Nate first to unlock the challenge mode and have a look at the ferriswheel dates, then restart with Mei/Rosa, but........... ORZ
(Meaning I'll have to buy the other game. >>)
Some battles animations look amazinggg though :And ahahahahaha no I'm calling them Shishigamon and Wybird because I'm an idiot but afaik we only have the names of the ( ... )

I really liked the remakes in general though! I think it'll be fun (and hilarious) for the next-next-next generation of fans to know RBG from the remakes alone. Okay, hilarious and also sad. Have we had the 'few kids actually know the backstory behind Ash's Charizard' discussion? *pokes dead horse* :D
The lack of precision is annoying.Yes, this. You're right though, hatching too! Oh gosh, cycling roaddddd! The memories! The nostalgia! I think my best time was, like, 15 seconds because there was this one biker that I could never avoid. Also, my reflexes are questionable ( ... )

Seconding many of your points, especially all of the ones concerning the Eeevlutions and egg hatching. I know there's the whole Flame Body ability thing that cuts down on time, but even then the time it takes to hatch eggs is only slightly less excruciating.
Totally with you there on another Gen I remake. I know there would be some out there complaining about rehashing but I certainly won't be one of them. The opportunity to re-live my first Pokemon adventure again? YES PLEASE!!! (I wasn't able to get my hands on the GBA remake *weeps*)
As far as starters go, I think Gen V has the weakest appeal overall. Now I know my bias is talking all the talking here, but no starters will ever top Gen I and II in my mind.
I can see the rest of my comment steadily nose-diving into 'blahblahblah Gen I and II were the best blah' so I'm just going to stop here for now...

YES. YES IT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING, AND AS I HAVE BEEN LOUDLY SCREAMING TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE, I'M JUST /SO/ EXCITED AT THE NEW GAMEPLAY! Legitimate 3D navigation aaaahhhh~~~ (Granted, this is coming from someone who gets lost in Minecraft and Skyrim, but still! Getting lost in the Pokemon world! *____*)
Have you played GenV? If so, Volcarona (the only pokemon that has both Flame Body and Fly~) plus Skyarrow Bridge (easily the longest straight stretch of land) makes for much easier egg hatching, especially when you have five eggs in your party!
Wowwww~~~ someone who started off with GenI? *kowtows*
I started with GenII (Crystal, actually! [I was one of those kids really happy over the chance to play as a female trainer xD;]) but I've heard lots of fun (and glitch-filled!) stories about GenI. Oh, the nostalgia. Do you still have your Gameboy? I ( ... )

Oohlala, congratulations!
I -just- finished the game on Challenge Mode for the (now-hacked) game! My god it was hard! Platinum prepared me somewhat, but...
Horror! You've never played GenIII? But... but all those water routes! Those trumpets! Wow. I'm impressed and jealous. In terms of competitive play, GenIII had the best legendaries by far!Awwww ( ... )
