POKÉMON X&Ybrb hibernating until October (kidding, kidding)This was something I wanted to do with GenV but was so absolutely late to that party (erm... as a result of constant testing, I assume?) so I'll make it up with this one. Will be listing the things that I'm looking forward to (or that I hope will be included) and crossing them off as they

And maybe more in fact because YOU PLAY MINECRAFT TOO?! AAAAHHHH!!! I've been wanting to play Skyrim, but unfortunately my laptop would probably die if I tried running it...
Have I played Gen V, hahaha... I did just 'finish' Black 2 sometime last week. I haven't caught Volcarona yet, but I'll definitely have to look for it!
I think my old Gameboy Color is floating around somewhere, as well as my Blue and Crystal cartridges...
And now that I'm really thinking about it, I think I've played every Pokemon Gen except III. Gen I was Blue version and Bulbasaur as my starter. I was really into plant growing at the time I started so just had to pick it. Gen II was Crystal and with Cyndaquil as my starter because it was just too adorable and appealed to me in a way the other two didn't.
I probably play more video games than I should no wonder why my writing progress is so slow. I can completely relate the super obsessed thing though! What other games have you played? :D

Oohlala, congratulations!
I -just- finished the game on Challenge Mode for the (now-hacked) game! My god it was hard! Platinum prepared me somewhat, but...
Horror! You've never played GenIII? But... but all those water routes! Those trumpets! Wow. I'm impressed and jealous. In terms of competitive play, GenIII had the best legendaries by far!
Awwww.
WAIT. DO YOU LIKE TO GARDEN? LIKE, DO YOU LIKE TO GARDEN EVEN NOW? AND DOES YOUR RANGE OF INTEREST INCLUDE HOUSEPLANTS? (If so, wowwww, could I hit you up on opinion-ish questions? [It's a running joke that Botany is the sexiest science.])
I loved Heartgold because the pokemon could follow you around! So cute~! And yes, I picked a Cyndaquil starter as well! Aaaah, sweeping the rival to the side with Typhlosion + Thunderpunch in GenII. Those were the days...
As for Skyrim (and Halo, CoD, WoW, and LoL), I don't actually own the game. Just, sometimes, friends will trade favors for grinding (or, as is more common, we'll just swap accounts/games for a couple hours and grindgrindgrind) so I get to play them a little. I know their basic controls, but since WoW and LoL both had updates, I probably don't know how to play anymore.
As for games that I've personally obsessed over, umm... MapleStory, the entire Pokemon franchise (I've finished everything but Rumble! >)), Neopets, Portal (though co-op drives me mad ><;), FEAR, Super Smash Brothers? I feel like we've had this conversation before...
What about you? :D I know you've mentioned a couple MMORPG's. Can you play FPS? Those give me headache, but they're a lot of fun to watch! (the laziest, I know)

Unforunately, I haven't done anything gardening related in years. XD My last attempt at keeping a house plant (a lucky bamboo) ended up with the poor little dear not getting enough sunlight due to the positioning of room I kept it in. I have been pondering upon keeping a cactus in recent days though.
PORTAL!!! AHHH!!! Love love love that game! It's right up there with Bastion as my favorite PC game that I've played so far! Super Smash Brothers too! <3 And why yes, I do believe we are trekking on familiar territory...
These days, it's mostly been LoL and Trine 2 with Pokemon scattered here and there. I used to play MMOs when I had more time, my longest standing affair being with Ragnarok Online. FPS games are not my forte. I don't suffer headaches, but I am generally unskilled and more often than not the leading cause of friendly fire. XD

I love plants! Or, well, admiring them, as my green thumb extends only to planting Berries. (Which I hope GenVI will bring back, come to think of it. D:)
Bastion:
Wow~~~ I've never played it, but I've heard many good things about it. I love the soft colors of the backgrounds, mainly. Is the combat difficult? Or, er, is the difficulty curve steep?
AHAHAHA. We should have some crossover fic on some of that stuff. Or musings of crossover fic. Either one! xD
Uwa. Are you....... ranked...... in LoL? Or, um, level30? I don't play it, but ALL MY FRIENDS IN ENGLAND DO, along with all my cousins, and everyone is fantastic and makes the game look so easy and aaagh. Do you prefer a particular champion?
Ooh, I think I remember lurking on an RO-centric thread (?) during the friending meme craze. Love the character designs there~
Friendly fire is the only thing I do when playing laser tag. OTL

I'd say Bastion has a reasonable difficulty curve. The backgrounds are very pretty, not to mention the story unfolding in this game is done right. If you're interested in trying it, I can share it with you!
Oh, I have ideas for crossovers. Mainly Portal ones that I've run by sac527 when she was still in my neck of the woods and we fangirled together. Ones that may possibly get attention this year if I can get my plot bunnies in order... *wishful thinking*
Ahaha, I'm at level 30, but I'm certainly not ranked. I actually try to stay away from the ranked queue as much as possibly. Really, I only play when I've got someone I know to go with me. Or when I'm just playing the coop vs AI mode. I have a few that I'm decent at, but they're mostly heavy caster types, ranged, or supporting champions. Right now, I've been favoring Soraka because those heals *_*
