Your nostalgia is way contagious. Watching Supernatural in our apartment changed the way I think about television. I realized how interactive it can be, and in a good way, not a "Stop pausing [show] so you can tell us your theories about what is happening now." It really was a bonding, friendship-building thing for us. The tots, the quoting, the 1C2-as-hunters stories, everything Supernatural was part of our roommate mythology. It's all up there with the crazy decorations, the VCR, the massive number of Seagram's consumed, and the Nerd Cave. Watching the premiere brought back all those memories, full force.

I don't hate living in the new apartment, but I would trade it a second for last year. Right now I'm sick to death of living and driving downtown, and I just want my heterosexual life partner back (I think our sexy eyes are only awkward for the people in the room who aren't us).

I wish we could all move back in together. It was probably the best living arrangement I have ever had. I'm happy to be back home and really looking forward to moving in with Krissy whenever we do so. But you're right, we all just kind of bonded over everything. That's kind of why I'm glad I waited to start watching with you guys, since it became a huge part of our year, not like "Oh hey, it's Monday. House night." Which was fun junior year, but not quite as much of a bonding experience.

And the massive amount of Seagrams was what got that universal remote programmed. That was a funny day.

"Hey guys, I'm hammered!"
"It's Thursday afternoon!"
"I'll help you study for MTELS!"

But I get to see you tomorrow, which makes me very happy.
