This morning, Tish took our cat Thalia to the vet to get her put to sleep.  She had developed some fairly serious bladder problems that couldn't be solved except with expensive surgery, and even then the outcome would be uncertain.  We chose to put her to sleep now rather than drawing out the suffering and stress for all involved.

I loved this cat
