dissertation abstracts?

Hey, all you smart people on my friends list who have PhD's -- could you send me copies of your dissertation abstracts?  I need some templates to look at, and it's more fun to ask for yours than to on the University's Library website. :)

Holy... what?? I don't seem to HAVE an abstract in/with my dissertation. How in the hell did that happen?

I have a 2pg introduction, which might've served as an abstract, but... but. WTF?

Hmm, I doubt mine would be a helpful comparison but here it is. (Ugh, this is really not wonderful, but at least the format is clear: "Background. Observation A. Observation B. Barely-related observation C. Conclusion ( ... )
