You'll have to see if you can help me wrap my brain around interpellation (some time when you're feeling more focused). It's one of those literary terms I can basically understand when I read it, and yet I'm afraid to use it myself in case I get it wrong. I remember having a similar struggle with "metatheatricality" the first time that one was ever thrown at me, but now I use it, like, for fun.

If you were feeling better, I would ask what "interpellation" means in this context, since it clearly lays outside the standard dictionary definitions. At least I can guess what "metatheatricality" would mean; I will have to add that to my list of those few words that contain four t's. :)
