Get a lawyer. Get your custody situation squared away. As long as the paperwork says you pay child support, you pay child support.

You could also try to get full custody, since she isn't able to support a child at all, then she pays you child support.

unfortunately, the paperwork saying i pay child support means i can't afford to get a lawyer.
