What is up with Louisiana and its strange bugs?!?!?

In early spring, we have a ladybug infestation in NOLA. 
In the fall, it's the pornobugs that copulate mid-flight.
Well, I know it's summer because it is DEFINITELY flying termite season.

Yes, the EVIL FLYING TERMITES ran me out of my home tonight.
