You're my relatively new friend, so I haven't been on here through the rough times but I am happy for you that things are going well, if that makes sense :)
Thank you!! It makes perfect sense. My dad was unemployed for YEARS, which lead to a huge economic crisis at my parent's house. I was happy to help with money, but lately I was feeling like a walking checkbook... My sister Fabiola was married to a man she didn't love and she was pretty much miserable most of the time. Except when she and her husband were enjoying an expensive way of life they weren't able to afford. Soon the situation was critical, there was no money, her husband cheated on her repeteadly... The constant fights also left emotional marks on my nephews, specially on the older one. And these were the hard times in a nutshell for you. That's why I'm so happy things are improving!! ^_^
It´s great to hear things are improving that well! Special congratulations to your dad, cab driving sounds good. I hope he´ll like his job a lot!
But, you forgot to tell ow YOU are? I mean the letter indicates you being happy and fond of the situation, but ... what have you been doing lately (but working)? Did you start "hunting" a cat ;) ?
YAY! Thank you!! Did you eat a lot of chocolate eggs? I did! ^_^ I hope my father enjoys his new job too. It would be great! Yes, money is important, but to like your job is important too. And about me... Yes, I am happy. But not doing much besides work and work and more work. You know, there's times here in the Uni when apparently there's nothing to do... but then the amount of work begins to slowly escalate. I'm on that stage right now. Currently I'm grading a thesis (that must be ready for next friday) and tomorrow my students begin the practical works which will add a LOT of stress to my life. XDXD The cat-hunt is on hiatus mainly because of the three kitties still living on my backyard... Rodri refuses to have an "indoor" cat unless the "outdoor" cats are gone. XDXDXD I'll email you soon... as soon as I finish that thesis, I guess. So be patient with me, my friend! ^_^
Chocolate eggs? *burb* I didn´t count but it feels like I ate pleny of them. And I enjoyed every single one ^_^ But as it is each year: I can´t kill the chocolate rabbit! My parents present one to me each year, and each year it is the only piece of chocolate that lasts very long - becuase I do´t want to kill it because it´s so cute! Someone else is to do it for me each year. There´s no problem, I just needed to ask my brothers to do it for me, but then they´d eat all the chocolate as well. Aw, so no cat for now. But it is great that you care for the outdoor ones as well. My poor friend, I hope you´ll soon be less busy soon. Never loose your good mood on the way! I adore you being in such a good mood all the time!
Yay! It's nice to hear that you are getting a bit of a break, as well as your family, too. ^_^ Life can be frustrating enough with your own problems to worry about, without adding everyone else's in. Hopefully, their good luck will keep going for a while. ^_~
*crosses fingers* I hope that too. And it was such a HUGE relief when I realized things were going well for all of them! It was like a big weight was lifted from my back!
Well, that's WONDERFUL news! *HUG* Ah yes, Las Vegas is a awesome city! But not in the summertime. HOT AND HUMID!
Seems like things are going great! *BIG HUG* I know everything will work out now for you!
And I need to start on Herbalife... we ordered some shakes from a girl at work, but haven't receieved them yet. I need something! Sports candy can't fill me up. :3
Well, my friend... shakes will not fill you either. LOL. But perhaps a combination of shakes and sports candy will. ^_^ OK, I'll not visit Gonzo on summer then. But I think it will be OK, he'll probably leave on our summer, which is your winter.

I hope you're also happy, though, and not just because others are - as in happy with yourself and what you're doing! :D
