I have arrived. I'm here at Eglin AFB in Florida staying at the base inn and enjoying my last two days before I actually report to the Pensacola Naval Air Station. Took my GRE exam today. Verbal: 660, Quantitative: 800. I have to wait 10-15 business days for my Analytical Writing portion to be scored. My 3.4 GPA isn't great, but since it's from UCLA, I hope it'll get weighted a little better in the applications. I'm confident my scores will get me in somewhere, but I think I'm on the bubble for my dream ( Read more... )

So I'm seeing Dark Knight tonight with lilaznspazz at the Arden theaters. Should be an awesome movie experience. I'm banking that it will still be on IMAX by the time I make it back down to LA, so I can check it out in its multi-story glory.
