I had actually considered applying to the Air Force Academy at one point in time, but I was thankfully smart enough to realize I would enjoy the collegiate ROTC experience far more.  I've heard my fair share of stories about Academy cadets and graduates doing insanely stupid things, but this story takes the cake.  If you're not in the military you may not understand the complete significance and ridiculousness of what happened in this story, but I'm sure you'll get the general idea.
