Three nights left of the run and I'll have my evenings back, hah! It's going very well, and I'm having a great time, but we're in direct competition with the area's long-time community theater group putting on a production of The Music Man. Their tickets are cheaper and people know the show, so that's the choice they're making. Damn. I've said it

.why don't the general managers of all the summer theater outlets in the region meet in the late fall and coordinate schedules, production titles, resources and talent? That way there's no competition for audiences, titles, actors and musicians, or press.

But that way, they wouldn't be able to bitch and moan about the competition for audiences, titles, actors, musicians, and press!

Ha! Don't you know that life as we know it would come to an end if "the other guy" were to disappear from existence? :-P I hope the rest of the run goes well, so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your summer while it's still summer. *hugs*
