You really have slimmed down since I first met you...almost a year ago? I see it a lot in your face.
Getting on the scale at the doctors office yesterday made it even more cement that I'm ready to see a change in myself too. I can't really afford to go low-carb just because I can hardly afford groceries currently but once the gym opens back up at school, I'm hitting it at least 4-5 times a week. Cutting down portion sizes too and I hope that'll make a difference.
Do you have any empirical evidence to prove your hypothesis? I am going to need documented proof, facts, and citations. We can not just go on conjecture here.
