James O'Keefe needs a kick in the balls, but I've never heard of an actual rape accusation. I have not heard the exchange, but that is not an acceptable assertion. From what you've posted here, it does not sound like anyone actually suggested that O'Keefe raped anyone... other than honest journalism itself... but there certainly is an implication of such. I'm not sure the suit will amount to much if it relies only on an implied statement.

Or Britebart could always just keel over..... That sucks. I'd love to see the guy defeated, or revise his obnoxiousness, but I never wanted him dead.
