Downsizing Stuff

One of the annoying things about the move is that the lack of kitchen space means that two book cases have been drafted into service for storing spices, food, and things like the rice cooker.  Trying to be merciless about what to send to Goodwill in the kitchen is nearly impossible.  For example, I have a bunch of frying pans.

I finally got my dream kitchen in Houston - and was able to *spread out* - it had a cook book shelf & more room than I would ever use. I have repeatedly gotten smaller & smaller. Can you do a hanging pot rack?? That helps. I also bought two story lazy susans. The only thing I've gotten rid of so far needed to go. My biggest problem is my vinage cook books - they aren't going anywhere!

If you ever want to get rid of books, I am your guy. You don't even have to mail them, just let me know where and when I can come pick them up.

Yeah, I am sorry to hear about the lack of space though...I remember your old digs being very spacious.
