Nomination Procedure:
- Please carefully read the Rules and Procedures prior to submitting nominations.
- Nominations may be submitted in one of two ways: by leaving a comment at this post (comments will be screened so that only the mods can see them), or by emailing your submission to dramioneawards@gmail.com. Anonymous comments will NOT be accepted.
- All nominated fics must 1000 words or less in length, and you cannot nominate your own fics. More detailed information regarding eligibility can be found in the Rules and Procedures.
- PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THE WORD COUNT of the fic you are submitting for nomination to ensure that it meets the length requirements, and that you are submitting it to the correct length category (drabbles should be 100 words exactly, flash fiction 101-500 words, and ficlets 501-1000 words, NOT including the title, summary, author's notes, etc.).
- Remember, you may only nominate ONE story for each category, for a total of 18 nominations.
- Before nominating, you should check the running list of nominees to make sure you are not nominating a fic that has already been nominated in that particular category.
- If the fic is posted as a chapter (many authors on Hawthorn & Vine post them this way), please link directly to the "chapter" that contains the drabble/ficlet you wish to nominate. If the fic is posted on an LJ drabble challenge or LDWS community in a list of other fics, please tell us which number it is in the list so the mods can easily locate it (there is a space for this in the submission codes below, where it says "Story Number").
