How do you stop nightmares?

Mm... It's been awhile, hasn't it? I wonder how many of you are even around to remember me? I see so many new faces... Perhaps I should re-introduce myself, then. I'm Souji Seta; it's a pleasure to make everyone's acquaintance.

It's already time to be thinking about college... This year is going by so quickly.

When I'm upset, I like to play basketball. Alone, in an empty gymnasium. There's just something cathartic about the contrasting sounds: absolute silence versus that echoing thud of composite leather on hardwood floors.

... Maybe that sounds too weird to post. I don't know. What do any of you do to blow off some excess steam?
