I...

What?

What is Russia? What is the United States?

What are half these things on this list?!

[Arthur is thoroughly, thoroughly confused.]

Oh, sorry. I forgot that there are other people out there that aren't familiar with this kind of stuff. Russia, the United States and Japan are countries on Earth.

I'm really hoping you know what air and water are, though.

I am from earth. But it would seem yours is different? Are you from that Duck place?

And OF COURSE I know what air and water are, I mean really.

I'm definitely from that Duck place. This is a Duck place post.

Well, you did say half of those things...

[Please excuse Arthur, he's still trying to figure this place out! There's nothing else in his time to compare it with.]

And I assume also you have to be a future person?

I suppose I was exaggerating, but what exactly is television? And movies?

23rd century.

Television and movies are a modern form of entertainment. Moving pictures on a screen.

23rd century?

...

...

Right...well, that's a long long time in the future.

Yeah, I get that from time to time. When are you from?

It's the 36th year of King Uther's reign.

[Which undoubtedly is no help to Sulu whatsoever, so he adds.]

In the year 1106.

Oh, wow. There aren't many people from that far back wandering around. Merlin's probably the only other one I know.

....

Merlin? MERLIN is here?

[Arthur is all kinds of disturbed by the idea. The whole thing could get very very awkward...]

[...Oops.]

Merlin's a pretty... common name. I could be talking about a different Merlin altogether.

I can't say I've ever met another Merlin...But you're probably right. I can't imagine MY Merlin stumbling onto this place. I mean, I find it confusing enough, he'd probably be a gibbering mess.

Yeah, whatever Merlin you're talking about can't be the Merlin I know.

Oh, I forgot. My name's Sulu.

Sulu, that's an interesting name.

Prince Arthur of Camelot.

It's Japanese.

Oh. [Double whoops.] That's impressive.
