I need to speak to those in possession of World Hops, if you are willing. I am trying to prove -- or rather disprove -- a theory. To date, I have discovered two worlds that I am having difficulty accessing. Harry Potter's world was previously accessible and he was able to leave it, but now it seems he is trapped there. 11-12's world remains accessible, but he cannot leave.

If possible, I would appreciate help identifying whether this is only the case with my world-hopping device or applicable to all. If all, why?
