It's just true/false/undetermined. It lets you do some really flexible code.

Well, binary code is 0's and 1's-- it's what people usually think of when they think of computer language. So trinary code seemed to be an appropriate name for coding that uses three numbers...

I use a book. I have heard of computers around here but have only seen one when I did a worldhop.

The year here is 1906, if that helps.

I see! Then basically what happened is that something about the underlying structure of the way computers worked changed in a way that it definitely shouldn't!

Basically, it means that the underlying structure of a program was changed in a very strange way by coming in contact with the community!
