So 'Ducks',

I accidentally set my friend's favourite dress and hat and shoe collection on fire. Do any of you have any ideas about how to make amends? For the record, I wouldn't have the slightest idea to to buy her to replace the fripperies and I've been repeatedly told I have no fashion senses what so ever.

Help in this most confusing and ( Read more... )

If you can't buy replacements yourself, cash should still do the trick. She'll probably enjoy havin' an excuse to go out shopping for something new anyway.

I have no doubt Galinda would love that, however she's quite angry with me, she decided to sleep in Pfnee's room tonight instead of our room.

Money is the best medicine and all of that. Offer to carry all her junk and put up with her being snappy at you when she goes shopping and that should square it out. Better do it before she decides to even it out herself by setting some of your stuff on fire, though.

I thought that was supposed to be medicine? But, I jest. That might be a good idea. She loves nothing more then shopping.

She has threatened on many an occasion.

I agree with the gentleman above me. I'd throw in an apology too, since she's a friend. Make it sincere, because that's quite a collection you've gone an destroyed.

To be fair, I warned her I didn't know what would happen if she insisting on continuing to try and dress me up. She knows how I get. I have no control over it.

And I tried apologizing and she threw her hairbrush at me.

Then it's her fault, right? She's throwing a fit over something she knew was going to happen... so, leave her to simmer down then, is what I would do.

No, it's my fault. I should be able to control my magic by now. Or at least know how to rectify it. Her fits only last a few days, hopefully she'll be speaking to me again by the weekend.

Have you tried a spell to replace it?

I tried but it only made the fire bigger and Galinda more upset.

Here is a spell I've been working on. I accidentally set Gaius' glove on fire once. I added a bit so you would be able to get the shoes back:

Reawefen wlfhraegel a haett. Recreaten thas scoh.

Perhaps you could make her a new dress!

I'm not so good on the making of dresses. That's more Galinda's thing then mine.

I could help you make one if you'd like!

I suppose she might appreciate the effort at least.

Do you know how to make anything in pink?

How can someone accidentally set something on fire? And If I hire you can do that to Eames someone I know?

Magic. When I get angry I can't control myself and things just happen. In this instance my friend was trying to force me into one of her ridiculous dresses that have no place on myself.

Wouldn't that be dangerous?

You can do magic.

I only want you to run his horrible clothes, not the man himself. It would be a good deed.

I'm still learning of course. But it seems I have a natural aptitude also that most don't possess.

Oh. Well I suppose I could do it, if his clothes are really that offending.
