Oh, right, because otherwise the planet gets destroyed. Damn it.

One of these days I swear I'm just gonna let the shit hit the fan. Maybe if something actually comes back to bite them on the ass, they'll learn a lesson.

I'm sorta hoping one of these days they'll have a mess that isn't planet-destroying potential!

Then again, maybe that's too much to hope for, all things considered. Shinra seems to be a fan of the 'do it big or don't do it at all' philosophy.
