((Okay, a touch of explanation: One of Blackout's fuel raids--alluded to with more frequency when he was a 'bot all the time and conducted pretty much any time he goes mech now--has gone horribly, horribly wrong and the resulting massive explosion has messed with his processor a little. (Imagine the above said in that sort of smothered-giggling voice affected by a drunken fratboy attempting to blame the broken window in the living room on another drunken fratboy.) So he's going to be uncharacteristically uninhibited until his self-repair systems fix him up right~. Feel free to take advantage of this. >:DDD))
