So it takes a little longer, yes -- Amelia had to deal with a boy following her around with a camera on his head who was most difficult about telling her why he was following. Breathing out a sigh, she arrived at the apartment, bag over her arm, ready to creep in and return to relative normalcy.

So much for that. Just like the Spanish Inquisition, no one expects the GIANT NET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR.

"WAUGH!!!" The bag went flying as the net snatched the princess off her feet, sending food scattering everywhere.

It was hard to say which was worse -- the net or the loss of the food.

Lina's lips curled into a smirk.

Piece of cake. Chocolate cake. With that pudding filling.

She arose from behind the couch, applauding slowly, not even distracted by the food that had been scattered around the apartment.

"Bravo, Amelia. You know, no one expects a trap like that these days. So simple, so out of the open, and people still fall for it." She let out a short laugh, scratching the back of her head. "Pretty funny, huh?"

"Lina-saaaaan." Amelia knelt in the net, dangling back and forth from the ceiling, her face screwing up -- she'd lost *food*, dangit! Food that she'd been asked to get in the first place! "This isn't funny at all! Let. Me. Down!"

"I've dropped all the food for tonight . . ."

"Gotta get the job done first, then I can pig out," Lina replied with a sigh and walked over, looking up at Amelia thoughtfully. "It's sad, though. I actually learned to like you. But, eh." She shrugged. "A job's a job."

She was being vague. You should start to worry, Amelia.
