One of the customer service people actually suggested that I don’t use the cooker at all

Tell me, in what world do I buy a cooker to NOT use it?!

I know! It's just so basic, but they simply don't get it :/

There is no such thing as customer service anymore. No one is taught how to do it. From bagging groceries all of the way up to expensive issues like yours. *shakes head*

I knew you'd get 'em straight, though. ;)

I'm sending lots of love and strength for mom's visit. *hugs tight*

I couldn't agree with you more, especially with the grocery bagging (some idiot actually put my bread in the same crate as a carton of coke and a 4kg bag of potatoes this week *rolls eyes*)! It's just not the time honored practice it once was.

Time was up for them, so it was deliver or money back and a big messy investigation with our federal consumer protection agency *g* They made the wisest decision ;)

Thank you *hugs* It wasn't too bad, mostly because I had a crap load of errands to run, so she was just dragged from one place to another *g*

It's a good thing you have no qualms about calling companies up on their faulty equipment and BS. :)

I have absolutely no qualms at all *g* If I pay good money for it then it must be in perfect condition, no exceptions!
