I feel like that is something I can plan for us, but just a small group of us. Less than 10 maybe. But first, I think we should see each other. :-)

Love you.

I'm glad you weren't turned off by the word "craft"! Because craft can have different meanings, too.

My friend Lili has scrapbooking retreats twice a year on a Fri.-Sun. at her house. People come and go all weekend, some spend the night. I always go for the entire weekend. I never do anything craftsy. I bring bills to pay, or other paperwork, or I organize my digital photos online, or catch up on Live Journal, and I watch the craftsy people spend A LOT of time decorating a couple of pictures in their scrapbooks. Or I watch someone else make a blanket for her kid. It's amazing. I so don't have any desire to do any of it, but I appreciate it and I really get to relax and just be with a project, usually one that I have been saving up for the retreat. Last time, I worked on my taxes. I am such a dork. But, in the end, I feel so accomplished and like I really got to spend time with my friends. Maybe I should try a real craft. I am trying to think of something that I might enjoy.
