i cant wait until college. i keep going back and forth between feeling life is going by too fast and wanting it to speed up. it so hard to live in the moment. i think this might be because you already know how you feel about the past, and you think you know how you feel about the future, but its much harder to know how you feel about the present ( Read more... )

I totally understand.

the thoughts of college will consume you if you're not careful. However, at least for me, the busy-ness of the school year kept me occupied. I wasn't consumed until like, april.

i dont think i have to worry about that. im excited, but not to the point of obsession. im happy enough to wait until the time comes :)

I am in college, it's fun, and easy, but expensive, remember in college you're paying for a grade, just show up, pay attention and you'll do fine, and really college is better than highschool, but more loose and lonely, stop thinking about it, you'll get where ever, whenever.

I don't want to give you the solemn elderly advice because it sounds so condescending. Instead I'll just say this: You're doing great, love. Objectiveness is nice, but don't fear college either. Just live life at it is. Don't rush it either, embrace your senior year. College is nice and spiffy, but so is your final year in high school.

P.S. My sister, Sasha, is a freshman! She wants to join Drama club when it starts, but doesn't know where/when. You need find her and tell her!

oh cool! if you talk to her soon, tell her we're having a meeting on monday after school in the auditorium. ill definitely try to find her though :D
