So I know it's been a while since the last time I did Wu Shu, like at least 6 months, but damn! Two days later and I feel like I just got done working out. I don't remember the last time that my legs hurt this much. It's a beautiful thing! You and me both. I'm finally done being sore from saturday, and now I'm just sore from monday. Fail.
Slow yoga? Well as it turns out that's even nastier than vigorous yoga. My ass hurts in places I didn't know I had muscles.
