I don't remember the last time that my legs hurt this much. It's a beautiful thing! Finally getting to do forms and weapons again, plus coach Song teaches Chin Na, the hand to hand combat aspect

Slow yoga? Well as it turns out that's even nastier than vigorous yoga. My ass hurts in places I didn't know I had muscles.
