There is dood here at work right now and he sounds like the love child of Sling Blade's Karl and Tammy Faye Messner. He's talking to one of the circ people but I can't figure out what he's saying. My boss just came out to tell him to be quiet.

Now he's gone.

Lovely! haven't spotted anyone that entertaining yet at work, but I keep seeing this same guy at our public terminals - sitting there all day! for at least two days in a row this week. It seems so wrong to see somebody sitting there when I come in and when I leave.

p.s. dood, much luck with the job thing. what happened to all those jobs that looked like they were going to open up at UT (dood, Gera is still listed - I thought she retired?)? of course, assuming you'da want any of those jobs. . .

I don't think that they would hire me. It's not like I made some kinda super impression on anyone at UT.

Oh, but before the Sling Blade/Tammy dood left the library, he apparently used some nasty expletives against my boss. She ended up calling security. I'm just amazed that she understood him enough to know that he was cussing at her.

Does anyone still say "cussing?"
