So the exhibit at the Field Museum in Chicago was _awesome_. Before actually getting to his tomb artifacts - it was preceeded by the earlier dynastic line of pharaohs (his great-grandparents, grandparents, and father...) which was a nice lead-in.

My mom wanted us to see that exibit all summer, but I avoided it. It was really good, though, I see. I stand corrected.

And the point about disturbing the artifacts post-mortem is an interesting point. Wouldn't it just suck if you're hanging out in the afterlife, and suddenly your favorite crown disappears (b/c someone took it out of the tomb), and then the rings you're wearing, then your best shirt!

Exactly. Something to think about... maybe make an American Gods-ish story out of it. Hmmmm....
