Isabella was up and going at her usual nap time. Which is normally when I try to get in some type of exercise. I didn't want to skip it during this time because then I would most likely skip it for the day. Other than our evening walk. So, I decided to try the baby and me exercises. Isabella's cold has been completely gone for several days now. She is back on her normal sleeping schedule(I am not, however.) She enjoys eating all her toys, and her mommy and daddy ( Read more... )

Isabella sat up today with no support. I sat her up and she used her arms to hold herself up in pretty much a sitting up position for about 30 secs! Growing too fast! Nick couldn't get the camera in time, it was upstairs. :(
