Crunches lay on the floor, feet out shoulder length, sit baby on stomach, holding by the babys sides. Then pull yourself up with your abs.
Another is while on the floor position, hold the baby straight out above you and lift the baby. It was tons of fun, i'm going to look up more on it here in a bit.
