Of course, it's very difficult not to notice someone under one of the sinks when going to wash one's hands, and so, while he washes his hands at a different sink, Minato's attention is mostly on Kaito - or at least what of Kaito sticks out from beneath the sink. And as he dries his hands on a nearby towel, he can't help but let his curiosity take hold.

"What are you doing...?"

His first thought is that Kaito might be repairing the sink, but he looks like a student for starters, and for another thing, Minato is fairly certain that there should be a spell for fixing pipes.

Minato blinks at that, but then he nods. So long as Kaito's manner of relieving boredom doesn't actually hurt people, then Minato can't find it in himself to mind.

"I see. Are you going to do that to all the sinks, then?"

[ashowman]

No worries there then, Kaito is definitely not a fan of hurting others, he just likes to be annoying. Which could be equally as bad if he never gives it a rest.

"Not all, just most of them."

[bluecurtains]

"Ah. That almost makes it worse, not knowing whether the sink will screech or not."

He wonders if, perhaps, there is a spell to conjure ear plugs. Just in case.

"Exactly!" He's definitely going for annoying as he finishes reinstalling his whistle thing before turning the tap back on and nodded in satisfaction when the sound of a screaming tea kettle meets his ears.

[bluecurtains]

"... it seems like it's a success. I'm not sure whether I should say congratulations or walk away and pretend I didn't see this," he remarks dryly once the tap is on again.

[ashowman]

Kaito turns it off once more, this time leaving it off and just shrugs.

"Either one, though I'd prefer not to get thrown in detention."

"No, detention would be best avoided."

He heads for the door again though pauses and looks back.

"Good luck, by the way."
