Three peaks challenge
Well it's been a while but the training goes on. Jules and I climbed Snowdon a couple of weeks ago and found it harder than expected. Now I'm taking stairs three at a time and doing lunges and squads at the gym to build up my legs.

Technical problem
My father took his wonderful digital camera to Canada earlier this year and wants to capture still images from some of the movies he took.
Any ideas? He's tried playing it through media player and using print screen, but he says that results in a black box in the media player on the pasted version... -
