Exactly! Though with Starscream it seems to be of two main reasons why he never gets any real character development. a) he's Starscream and b) they handed Starscream over to Scott who only seems to be able to give characters one dimension, even if she likes them, and it's quite obvious she does not like Starscream at all. She single-handedly erased every bit of character development they gave him to turn him back into a mustache-twirling idiot so that Windblade can look like the better character. *rantrantrage* But don't let me get started on her. XD

...I love seeing you here. In Tumblr, I get the sensation of time running away from me, that if I don't reply, I can't somehow follow the convo and what not. It's just me, though. I do, however, think that Tumblr's host o' fandom folks sometime take things tooooo seriously.

I want him to keep things he has earned, learnt and processed. Anything else is stupid. But, that's just my five cents >.>

Thank you! And yeah, that's the feeling I get about Tumblr. It's too rapid-fire for me to feel like I can jump in. And I'm all for a nice discussion about things, but when you can't express an opinion without getting dogpiled it makes me kind of :/ So I'm just going to toodle my "too old for this shit" ass back onto LJ and post without fear. Win-win. \o/
Oh man. I feel you. Giving Megatron character development. Making him more than just "evil," and making him a person and then letting him grow. Ahhhhh! Give me all of that! Give me a villain with motives, with a backstory, with all of it. That's my jam, too.
Very often it's the villain that's interesting in stories, but Megatron is just such a treat, nnghhhh...
I'm not about to lose LJ - I do admit I was away for a long period, but I feel Tumblr lacks... substance. And the friendliness I want from fandom. I think I'm better off here.
I have so many ideas, and so little muse for them, but the moment I find the muse, I'll go bananas on Megatron and all the things I want to put him through <3
Oh, I think I'm going to be on LJ a lot more often. I have all of these opinions in my head and I need to put them somewhere before I find my interest in TF waning. XDDD. Plus, I always preferred LJ anyway. It's friendlier even if it is deserted. Haha.
Oooo. I hope you find your muse. I"m still waiting (and I will wait however long it takes, no pressure I promise!) for more of Bound. YUMMY.
Megatron is just delightful, especially now that they've given him more of a backstory than "Rawr, I hate Autobots and want to kill everything, Rawr". TFP and TFA started it, but IDW is definitely adding to the repertoire and now I'm in love with him much the same way I was with Sephiroth. ;)
