Harry’s eighteenth birthday party was in full swing.
A fat, old moon lit up the Weasley’s garden; they couldn’t have conjured a prettier night.
Draco’s father didn’t look impressed. He was talking to Harry.
His tone was genial, but Draco didn’t like the way his hand was slowly inching towards the cake slicer, so he leant forward and muttered their code word for let's go have sex, in Harry’s ear.

Lucius broke off mid-sentence and watched Potter drag his son towards the Weasley's hovel at brake-neck speed.
‘Well,’ Narcissa drawled, eyeing their retreating figures. ‘Potter must really like trifle.’
