A note: bagels
Why is the default order "bagel with cream cheese" interpreted as "toasted bagel with cream cheese"? That's not default! It should never be default! STOP TOASTING MY DAMN BAGEL! It's idiotic to think that it's easier to have someone say "DO NOT TOAST MY BAGEL" every time he orders, rather than have someone who wants a toasted bagel to add one ( Read more... )
