I just checked my leave balances on the State's online site. It appears that I have to take tomorrow off, else I will forfeit 12 hours of annual leave. This is what happens when one carries close to the maximum allocated leave time for the State

I don't have enough time built up to have that problem yet - eventually I'll get there though!

Man, I wish I could carry over my vacation time from year to year! Our sick, vacation and personal time all disappear at the end of January if we don't take it.
