In a few hours I'll be taking a break from moving/packing and heading off to the Peach State Star Gaze or PSSG 2009. Today looks pretty soggy, but the forecast starts to improve for Friday and the rest of the weekend. With luck, I'll have some new SHINY to post.

Unfortunately I live in Alaska; otherwise I'd offer.

If push comes to shove, you might want to contact your local day-shelter, and speak to a case manager there. Often times (at least here), they screen folks looking for day labor, and you can get cheap help to move stuff. The going rate here is about $8-10 an hour, plus food (if you're nice).

Well unless something breaks (which, unfortunately, is a real potential thing, a lot just happened recently) we will do our damndest to be there. We owe you anyhow :) I just need to see if I still have directions. Unfortunately, no big vehicle, just the car :( I'm pretty good at packing though....
