In a bid to keep some connection with my youth, I spent this afternoon cheering on Cambridge United* (with cuthbertcross and babysaxon) in their bid to end a run of eight straight away defeats at high flying Woking. I've seen cuthbertcross in many situations, from entertaining friends at home through playing the musical introduction to a school assembly to being taken out for drinks by the borough mayor. But a football match? Would never have imagined that!

Your comments about the chants reminds me of a meme that hellison kind of started a while back. It occurred to her that we are usually taught not to be proud of what we've done, or to make a fuss about our achievements. To try to overcome this, the meme was a list of things that we've done or could do. It was surprisingly difficult to do.
