Are they stupid or what? Hello?! Even if you want to rebel from the norms of our society publicly, I do not appreciate being used as one of those that you are pointing your figurative third fingers at ( Read more... )

*cough* You don't know me, but I found you through a friend's friends page - and I just wanted to applaud your sentiment. It's the same deal with, eg, the Madonna/Britney thing - people weren't upset cos of the lesbo action, they were squicked cos it was such a stomach-churning publicity stunt. Not to mention, if it'd been a 40-year old man and a 20-year old girl, there would have been some serious condemnation. Brrr.

I see things like you describe all the time - the "bisexual" girls who go round holding hands and cuddling because it's "alternative". *rolls eyes* Please.

Sorry for ranting in your journal! *cough* But it's refreshing to see someone I agree with on this subject. *grin*

I don't really follow the Madonna/Britney stunt myself. I just know that they kissed and an uproar was caused.

*dramatic roll of eyes* I don't follow through with what's happening to Britney nowadays. First, THE kiss, then the Marriage.

Yeah. Making those moves just to tick people off, and they think themselves as the "open-minded" ones.

*grin* rant all you want. nice to know that I'm not alone on this too.

What to do? Stuff like that happens. Besides, if they really were together, I highly doubt they'd do stuff like that in public. I know I wouldn't, no matter with a guy or a girl. Immature. *shrug*

~LOVE IS LOVE~ NO MATTER HET, YURI OR YAOI*applauds* My sentiments exactly. As far as I'm concerned, as long as there's a real connection - it doesn't even have to be real love - I don't give a damn whether it's heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, asexual, whatever. Who are we to judge anyway ( ... )

Yeah, I know what you mean about the girl school thing. I'm from one too.

I had this junior who claimed she was a lesbian, and a relationship going on with another girl. She was telling the entire school about it, pretty proud of herself. One year later, "I'm so straight! I even have a BF.". *roll eyes*

I think the government is still going to use the "Conservative Asian Society" 10 years from now, myself.

Hi there babe.

Are you making a mountain out of a molehill here?

If it was a heterosexual couple, and the girlfriend believes that you are checking her man out, of cos she will get all territorial and start pawing him in public. This might have been the case here, where the femme girlfriend got irate when she caught you checking out her butch.

Some folks do stuff on impulse, and I agree that was immature. From the way you described it, I doubt those two girls were pretending to be lesbians. They are misguided perhaps. At this age, some folks struggle with their orientation, whereas others get swayed by their peers esp in single-sex schools.

I am bisexual as I find myself attracted and able to develop relationships with both genders, and it is insulting to insinuate that my preference is influenced by say, t.a.t.u. That was a just a shrewd marketing tactic or in Britney's case, a attention-grabbing stunt to hoard tabloid space. Experimentation is how most folks realized they are different anyway.

Have a nice day!

perhaps what you said is true.

well, i don't really care now. that matter is over and done with. just hoping this kind of things do not happen to me again.

be it territory marking or otherwise, i don't know what i'll do. just might laugh in their faces.

ya, seems like the only thing to do is to roll your eyes and walk on. -.-

Add away, I don't use this journal to blog, just for stalking people and communities. XD
