I'm saddened to hear that my local Borders Stores will be amongst the ones closing.   There once was a time when both B.Dalton and Walden books had placement in my local mall.  They weren't large stores but they had a good number of books that I wanted to read when I went there.  Only a couple of years ago they closed down the small store and ( Read more... )

The snow is still falling.  Not really bad.  The snow is currently ncie and fluffy and the roads themselves aren't all that bad.  However it took 20 minutes to drive the first mile on rt 9, as traffic was going about 5 miles and hour.  I ended up taking the back roads to finish the distance and made it into work about half and hour late ( Read more... )
